Our Story
Douglas Schwartz is a fitness professional with over 20 years of experience training athletes of all ages and abilities. He holds certifications in group fitness, Spin, TRX, USAT, and Cycling. In addition to his passion for training people, Douglas is also a dog rescue advocate. He's rescued, fostered, and helped find homes for over 80 dogs. His interest in dog behavior and success training his own rescue dog, Champ, inspired him to practice fundamentals of canine training across many breeds. Douglas' understanding of the canine mind coupled with people experience will create your dogs positive behavior and ensure owner confidence.
